I never had her, but I miss her so much.

I understand this so much. Growing up i lived without the "ideal" mom. She suffered from depression and did not have the best upbringing herself. All my life I have wondered how different things would have been if she had been different. If she had only been the nurturing kind.
Who would I have been? What would I have become?
I know I can do all things through Christ, and I believe and fully trust His word. Even so, I can't help but thing if only....
